IF sth is complex enough to require self-organization to survive: just teach the principles of the nature of viable systems. the rest is: self-organizing, which means that you cannot, and you should not, control the details. 1/google-this: VSM, about the required structure! 2/implement per definition. 3/with #liquidnews this could mean: start by example: produce something. let people know: where to deposit a whish & where to expect a result, e.g. hashtags. that's it. (you read here, people watch!)
